The AV-E11 is a Palm-Size Video Doorphone specially designed for homes, villas and apartments. This low cost unit has no outdoor rating so ideally it should be installated under cover of the weather. This would be one of the only intercoms that Akuvox has produced that does not have an IP rating. Should you want an equivalent for outdoor use please use the AV-R20A or similar.
