Net2 Entry: A door entry system that works standalone or right alongside Paxton's Net2 access control system, combining door entry with all the key features of Paxton Net2.

Net2 Entry is discreet in design and is suitable for a range of environments. The Net2 Entry panel is manufactured with an attractive brushed steel effect for a smart appearance and durability.

Paxton Net2 Entry components simply interconnect using normal Cat5 or 6 networking infrastructure and patch leads. The utilisation of existing network infrastructure enables simple installation and with PoE technology running power and data along the same cable avoids the need for separate power supplies.

Installation of the exterior panel is flexible, with surface or flush mount options allowing it to be fitted in the best manner for the specific job. The monitor is available as a wall mount unit, or an optional desk mount stand is available. The system is easily scalable via a Net2 Entry extension switch or any other PoE switch; this means Net2 Entry systems are suitable for small, medium or large sites. Extending in this way allows expansion of up to a hundred panels and thousands of monitors.


To operate the visitor initiates a video call via the bell button on the external panel. Visitor access can be granted via the Net2 Entry monitor, which features an intuitive touchscreen user interface. The internal monitor can be used via either the handset for private calls or in hands free mode.

When connected to Net2, access to the building can be gained by using a PIN, Code and/or proximity token.
